Payment & Refund Policy

At JRAC Training LLC, we want to make payments easy and clear. Please read the following to understand how payment works for our training sessions.

1. Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
     Cash
     Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Paypal, Zelle
     Credit/Debit Card/Tap-to-Pay

All payments must be made in full before the training session starts, unless otherwise discussed.

2. Session Fees
Session prices may vary based on length, type (1-on-1, group, etc.), and location.

Special rates may apply for packages or multiple sessions booked in advance.

Group sessions are priced per person unless stated otherwise.

3. Late Payments
If payment is not received on time, your session may be canceled or rescheduled.

If your payment is not received within 24 hours after a completed session, the card on file will be charged the remaining balance that is due.

Repeated late or missed payments may lead to removal from future bookings.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Partial refunds are only available if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance or if we cancel the session.

There is a 35% cancellation fee (35% of session cost) for all cancellations up to 12 hours before the session starts, and a 50% cancellation fee (50% of session cost) for any cancellations less than 12 hours before the session start time.

No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

If you request a refund for an eligible session, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

If we cancel a session for any reason (weather, emergency, etc.), you’ll get a full refund or a chance to reschedule.

5. Packages & Prepaid Sessions
Package deals must be paid in full upfront.

All sessions in a package must be used within listed time.

Packages are non-refundable after the first session is used.
