Liability Waiver & Release

By booking with JRAC Training LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I/we/the player, together with any relevant parent and/or guardian (if applicable), hereby waive the right to bring any legal claim, action, or proceeding against Jensen Caretti, JRAC Training LLC, the training facility, its owners, managers, directors, promoters, staff, volunteers, and affiliates, for any personal injury, illness, death, or property loss/damage that may occur before, during, or after participation in basketball training sessions, events, or related activities.

I/we understand that basketball and athletic training involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical contact, falls, collisions, and equipment-related injuries. I/we accept full responsibility for any resulting injury or damage and agree to participate voluntarily, assuming all risks.

This waiver applies to the current booking and all future bookings unless otherwise revoked in writing.
